Legal basis: Data collected via the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent. Data collected during and after an engagement is processed on the basis of a contract, or in our legitimate interest in maintaining records of completed work.

Retention: Contact form data is retained for twelve months unless an engagement commences, in which case it is retained for five years from engagement completion. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to twenty-six months.

3. How We Use Personal Data

Personal data collected through this website is used for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry and assessing whether an advisory engagement is appropriate.
  • Administering and conducting any engagement that proceeds from an initial conversation.
